(1) The investigation officer shall send the details of the assets or instruments seized or seized in accordance with section 4 in the course of the investigation and investigation of the offense to the relevant district administration office in the prescribed format every month. But the investigating officers of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts will have to send such details to the department.
(2) The district administration office shall send the details received in accordance with sub-section (1) and the details related to the foreign currency, exchangeable rights or precious metals or goods deposited in the bank in accordance with section 6 and the details of the amount deposited in the bond account in accordance with section 7 to the department as prescribed.
